How digital delivery works

Every digital order has two phases: payment confirmation and download access activation. There is no physical parcel or courier shipping for digital-only products.

• 1. Order confirmed You receive an order confirmation email after successful payment.
• 2. Access granted Download links are unlocked in your order confirmation and account downloads area.
• 3. Download files You can download purchased files within your allowed limits and access window.
• 4. Keep your files safe Save purchased files locally and back them up for your own workflow.

Processing time

Most digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment. In rare fraud-review or payment-verification cases, access can be delayed until verification is complete.

If a listing is marked pre-release, pre-order, or scheduled launch, download access starts on the date shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery method

Digital goods are delivered through secure download links provided by WooCommerce order emails and the account downloads area. No courier or postal method applies.

We may change storage/CDN providers used for file hosting without changing your purchased file contents or license scope.

Access expectations

Digital access is typically instant, but download availability can be affected by payment verification, provider outages, maintenance, or local network issues.

If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period, contact us with your order number so we can restore access.

Delivery fees

No shipping fee is charged for digital-only products. Product pricing and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Promotions may still apply to product prices (for example bundle discounts or coupon offers).

Global availability

Digital products can generally be purchased internationally where payment methods are supported. Depending on your location, VAT/GST or similar digital-service tax may apply at checkout.

You are responsible for local rules governing the use of digital content, templates, and licenses in your jurisdiction.

Account email and order details

Provide a valid checkout email and keep account details accurate so you receive download links and order notices correctly.

• Wrong email at checkout: Contact us with proof of purchase so we can help recover your download access.
• Account access issues: Use the password reset link or contact support for secure verification.
• Undeliverable email notices: If transactional emails bounce, files are still available from your account order page when logged in.

Download tracking and limits

Each order can include download limits or expiry windows based on product settings. These limits are displayed in the order/downloads area.

If a valid download fails or reaches a limit unexpectedly, contact us with your order number and we can review access logs and reset links when appropriate.

Multiple file downloads

Some products include multiple files (for example ZIP archives, bonus assets, or updated versions). Access may be provided as separate download entries inside the same order.

Missing, corrupted, or inaccessible files

• Download link not working: Contact us with your order number and screenshot of the error.
• File corrupted or incomplete: Re-download first, then contact us if the issue remains.
• Wrong file/version received: Contact us and we will verify the delivered asset against the purchased listing.

High-volume periods

During major launches or promotions, support response and manual access fixes may take longer than usual. We still aim to keep core downloads available as fast as possible.

Restricted products and license limits

Some digital products can include license restrictions (for example personal use only, no redistribution, or no resale of source files). These terms are listed on product pages and in legal policies.
