What does ZohaClick Store sell?
ZohaClick Store sells digital products only, such as templates, guides, kits, and downloadable resources. We do not ship physical products.
Are there shipping fees or customs charges?
No. Digital products have no shipping, courier, or customs fees. Your total is the product price plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
Are product previews and descriptions accurate?
We work to keep screenshots, descriptions, included files, and software-compatibility notes accurate. If something is materially different from the listing, contact us and we will review under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Do prices change?
Promotions and prices can change until checkout is completed. The total shown at checkout is what you are charged, except in rare obvious pricing-error cases covered in our Terms & Conditions.
Orders, checkout & pricing
When is my order confirmed?
After successful payment, you should receive an order confirmation email. We may run fraud or payment verification in limited cases before download access is finalized.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Contact us immediately via Contact with your order number. If files have not been accessed, we may be able to cancel quickly. If downloads were already delivered or accessed, refund eligibility follows our policy and local law.
Do you charge VAT, GST, or sales tax?
Taxes depend on your billing location and applicable rules. Any collected tax is shown at checkout before payment.
Can I buy from outside your country?
Usually yes, because products are digital. Payment-method availability can still vary by region or bank.

Do I need an account to buy?
Guest checkout may be available, but creating an account is recommended so you can re-download files from My account anytime.
I did not receive my order email. What should I do?
Check spam/promotions, then search for your order number. If it is still missing, contact us with the checkout email so we can resend access details.
How do I reset my password?
Use the password-reset link on My account. If the reset email does not arrive, contact support and we will help verify ownership.
Digital delivery & downloads
How are digital products delivered?
After payment, download links are provided on your order confirmation email and inside My account under Downloads.
When do I get access?
Most digital orders are available immediately. If payment review is triggered, access can be delayed briefly until verification completes.
Where can I re-download purchases later?
Log in to My account, open Orders/Downloads, and use your available links. Keep your purchase email active for recovery.
What if I used the wrong email at checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, paid name, and payment timestamp so we can securely restore access.
Do download links expire?
Some products may include time or attempt limits for anti-abuse reasons. If a valid purchase is locked unexpectedly, contact support and we will review it.
Download issues
My download link does not work. What should I try first?
Sign in to your account, retry from a desktop browser, and disable browser extensions that block downloads. If it still fails, send us your order number and a screenshot of the error.
The file is corrupt, incomplete, or the wrong version
Delete and re-download first. If the issue remains, contact us and include the product name, your order number, and what happened so we can replace the file quickly.
I cannot open the file after download
Check the required app or version listed on the product page (for example PDF reader, ZIP extraction tool, PowerPoint version). If compatibility is unclear, contact us before purchase or after purchase for guidance.
Refunds & licensing
Can I return a digital product for change of mind?

When do refunds apply for digital products?
Refunds are commonly considered if the file is defective, not as described, inaccessible despite valid purchase, or duplicated by payment error. We may first offer a corrected file or access fix when appropriate.
How long does a refund take?
After approval, payment processors and banks usually post refunds within several business days. Exact timing depends on your payment method.
Do digital products include commercial rights?

Can I share purchased files with others?
